How to use?
The usability test plan
In order to evaluate our product with our participant a user test plan is conducted. Through this process, we can explore our participant’s behavior when interacting with our product. This will eventually help us with further improvements in our future design process.
Unfortunately due to limited time we were not able to execute this test plan in time, we will however still execute this plan in the future.
The usability test plan
Product under test: the horse saddle
Test objectives: to analyze if our product will help the user to maintain stability while stretching his legs in horse position
Business case: the benefit of this user test plan is that we’re able to analyze the product and get feedback from the user, so that we can improve our product in such way that it’ll fit the user better.
Participant: 36 year old male who suffers from HSP
Equipment: the horse saddle, standing table, notes, camera
Responsibilities:
At least 4 people are involved in the test:
-

-
The person who gives instructions to the participant
-

-
The person who takes the pictures.
Location: anywhere where there’s a standing table available (ideally at the participant’s home, as he would be using the product at home)
Procedure:

-
The participant sits on the horse saddle
-
The participant adjusts the right angle of the flaps
